Ranking of Sales Platforms 2025 – Where Do Poles Buy and Sell Most Frequently?
Which platform sells the most today? Where do we prefer to shop, and which services are losing users despite advertising buzz? More and more creators, companies, and customers are looking for reliable data that shows not only popularity but also the real significance of individual marketplaces in the Polish market. This is precisely the purpose of the latest sales platform ranking for 2025 – based on numbers, not declarations. We check who stayed on top, who gained, who disappeared from the radar, and why some new platforms are gaining publicity… even though they are not yet in the official listing.
Leaders without surprises – which sales platforms dominated the 2025 ranking in Poland?
In 2025, the balance of power in the Polish e-commerce market did not bring great surprises. The largest players maintained their positions, and differences in reach and user numbers only confirmed the dominance of well-known brands. So, how do the most popular marketplaces in Poland currently look?
TOP 1: Allegro, the undisputed leader of Polish e-commerce
With over 21 million active users monthly, Allegro still holds the first place in the ranking of sales platforms in Poland. This is more than half of the entire e-commerce market – a result that speaks for itself. The key to success? A combination of massive reach with comprehensive infrastructure: promotions, payments, logistics, 0% installments, and a buyer protection program. Sellers appreciate Allegro for the ability to reach millions of customers without building a store from scratch, and buyers – for the convenience and trust in a brand that has been with them for two decades.

TOP 2: OLX – the king of local sales, still doing well
Although it operates in a completely different model than Allegro, OLX still attracts a huge number of users – around 10 million monthly. It is the perfect space for people who prefer direct sales, personal pickup, and no commissions. Although the platform does not support online payments and logistics, for many users, this is an advantage, not a drawback. Especially in categories such as furniture, appliances, or services, OLX remains unrivaled – and it does not seem like this will change anytime soon.
TOP 3: Vinted – second-hand fashion breaking into the mainstream
Over 8 million users monthly and an ever-growing base of active sellers – Vinted proves that a simple, mobile sales model can work wonders. Free ad posting, an intuitive app, and a delivery system cooperating with parcel lockers – all of this makes Vinted one of the top 5 most visited platforms in Poland. It is also a response to the growing ecological awareness: buying used clothes has long ceased to be a taboo topic.
TOP 4: Amazon – a global player still growing in Allegro’s shadow
With around 5 million users monthly, Amazon may not be number one, but its growth is systematic and thoughtful. It operates most strongly in categories of electronics, books, and tech products, but the FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) program attracts more and more companies from the SME sector. It’s a platform that focuses on speed and automation, and although it has not yet dominated the Polish market, it gains trust from more demanding customers year by year.
TOP 5: Empik Marketplace – culture, lifestyle, and a growing base of brands
Empik, with a strong offline brand and about 3 million online users monthly, is developing in a very specific direction. The marketplace focuses on books, entertainment, and lifestyle products – from cosmetics to children’s products. Thanks to brand recognition and loyal customers, Empik is an ideal place for brands wanting to reach a more targeted audience. It is an example of a platform that operates not so much through mass but through quality and matching the offer.
Ranking of online marketplaces – where does it sell best? Analysis of revenues, number of users, and reach
The data from the report is clear: the most traffic and transactions happen on Allegro – both in terms of the number of sellers and basket values. OLX and Vinted gather a lot of traffic, but with a lower transaction value. Amazon is gaining strength, especially in electronics and household appliances. However, it is worth remembering that a high number of users does not always mean high revenues. For a seller, the key is combining reach with conversion quality. The sales platform ranking also clearly shows: more and more brands operate simultaneously on multiple platforms, not limiting themselves to one.
Growths and declines in e-commerce – which platforms are losing, and which are gaining?
The year 2025 brought some surprises. Shopee disappeared from the market, and some smaller platforms experienced noticeable declines. Veepee, Westwing, and other closed sales models (the so-called shopping clubs) stopped being mass. On the other hand, Empik, OLX, and Kaufland are gaining the loyalty of new users. Interestingly, there has also been an increase in interest in local platforms and direct sales. It is clear that customers are looking for simplicity, clear conditions, and intuitive shopping systems. This is where there is space for new sales models – more personal, based on creators and recommendations.
RefSpace outside the classification, but with great potential! The rising role of community sales platforms
RefSpace does not yet appear in official rankings, but for many micro-entrepreneurs and creators, it is a real alternative to traditional marketplaces. Instead of fighting for attention among thousands of similar offers, the user creates their own Space – with recommended products or their own services. You don’t need a store, warehouse, or order handling – suppliers take care of that. You focus on showing what you really like and recommend. RefSpace works like a marketplace, but based on relationship and trust, not algorithms. In a world saturated with advertising and repetition, this can be an advantage not to be underestimated – even if it is not yet visible in the tables.
For suppliers, manufacturers, and brands, RefSpace is a new, effective sales channel based on relationships: you list products, set commissions, and enthusiasts in their Spaces create engaging content and attract ready-to-buy fans.
For users, it is a place where instead of ads, they get reliable recommendations from trusted creators, convenient access to interesting products, and the comfort of shopping presented in video form, without unnecessary noise. RefSpace combines the advantages of a marketplace with the power of community – relationships win over algorithms.
